    Dental

    Advancements in material sciences and demand for cosmetic denture applications within developing countries have greatly increased the need for controlled manufacturing options. Customers require processing options that are both productive and effective in managing tight processing windows. DTI has manufactured specialty materials and products for the dental market for over 20 years, and has upgraded our equipment and controls to meet these demanding processing requirements, while generating productive solutions for our customers.

    Feed Additives

    Feed Additives are dietary supplements that are introduced directly to animals to promote healthier development. Feed additive manufacturers are looking for better conversion technology that can process their products in a much tighter controlled environment and at lower temperatures to optimize productivity without reducing the effectiveness of the additive. The market consists primarily of poultry, beef/dairy, swine, and companion animals. Feed additives help animals to grow faster and healthier which increases meat or milk production yields per animal.

    Specialty Polymers

    The specialty chemical segment requires dynamic processing options to meet today's competitive markets. DTI's primary focus is to develop unique processing solutions to help our customers compete better in this global market. Our fleet of horizontal reactors generate the productivity and process control needed to bring a unique solution to our customers, providing a means to leverage their products in the marketplace.

    Quick Response

    Even in tough economies certain companies find success and need to expand rapidly to meet large increases in product sales. The ability to respond can often require the need for a rapid, substantial growth in manufacturing volume. DTI can respond quickly to a market surge or manufacturing disaster. Contingency planning is critical to every business and DTI offers a confidential partnership to ensure success when our clients need it. In the past 3 years most of our clients have completed detailed manufacturing assessments to determine their core manufacturing competencies and DTI has become a strong compliment when the need for additional capacity is needed.

    Horizontal Reactors

    Product development is the life line for most organizations. When supply must be met and manufacturing plans are still undefined, DTI can add security to a supply chain or become a parallel path with a temporary manufacturing alternative. We can leverage our expertise with your process to generate productivity and process innovation. This will enable access to preproduction volumes at a pace much quicker than most of our customers can gain internal capital approval. This speed enables customers to start serving a market need while their internal manufacturing options are assessed and capitalized.

We are currently expanding both our facilities and capabilities to offer rapid response, flexibility, technical support, and cost efficient manufacturing services.

We're Growing

DTI is pleased to announce our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) which has been designed as a semi-works facility. The Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is currently under construction and will open in March 2012. Semi-works production will allow DTI to develop new processes, utilizing a state of the art technology, which employs horizontal reactors that challenge a process from a viscosity or liquid state to a solid phase transition. With our GMP background, we have also made the facility capable of supporting GMP process development and semi-works operations with full laboratory support.

Our new Advanced Technology Center (ATC) adds capacity and scale up opportunities to our current Littleford fleet of 4000 liter, 6000 liter, 10,000 liter, and 15,000 liter reactors. Should your processing needs require horizontal reactors and/or GMP processing, please give us a call.
